Karen’s experience as an Intensive Care Nurse, in addition to her roles as a Hospital and State Agency Administrator, have helped her cultivate a wide range of technical, analytical and managerial skills dedicated to effective planning and problem resolution. She emphasizes the integration of strategy, efficiency and technology into business processes. She is adept at developing a professional rapport and effective relationships with all types and levels of organizations. She also develops and provides the training necessary for our clients to initiate and implement innovative, long-term strategic plans which maximize success and impact the bottom-line.
